St. Luke’s Hospital has a new opportunity for an experienced Physical Therapist! Our hospital is one of very few critical access hospitals in the country that earned 5-Stars in patient satisfaction from CMS in 2020 and we need YOU to help us get to the next level! In this role, you will be part of a progressive team dedicated to advancing the goals of the hospital, meeting the needs of our rural community, and providing outstanding care to our patients. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for providing physical therapy services to patients/clients who have physical impairments, functional limitations, disabilities, or changes in physical function and health status resulting from injury, disease, or other causes; provide prevention and wellness services, including screenings and health promotion.

Required Knowledge, skills and abilities: (Not an inclusive list)

1. Bachelor degree in Physical Therapy is required.
2. Successful completion of NC Physical Therapy State Board Examination or other state equivalent is required.
3. Licensure as a Physical Therapist within the state of North Carolina is required.
4. Must hold and maintain current BCLS certification.

Special Instructions to Applicants: Background check and drug screen required for new team members.
