Flu Season Visitor Restrictions Effective December 2, 7 AM

Due to the high numbers of flu an respiratory illness within our region, new temporary visitor restrictions will go into place as of December 2 at 7 AM. Children under the age of 12 are not permitted to visit except in extraordinary circumstances. Also restricted from visitation are those with a cough, fever or sore throat. These restrictions are put into place for the safety of our patients, teammates and visitors.

In the event that a child under the age of 12 does need to visit for a situation such as a dying family member, the Child Visitor Health Screening Form will need to be completed by the attending physician or nursing supervisor. If the child has 2 or more symptoms, they will not be allowed to visit. Masks must be worn while in the hospital.

Thank you for your understanding.
