St. Luke's Urology Associates is a regional leader for providing urology care to male and female patients from the pediatric to the geriatric.

Our Doctor

Dr. Cargill has practiced urology in the Asheville area since 2008. His specialties include kidney stones, benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), prostate cancer, female pelvic organ prolapse, and incontinence.

A native of Virginia, Dr. Cargill completed his studies at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, VA, where he received a bachelor's and master's degrees in mechanical engineering and a Doctor of Medicine. He completed his urology research fellowship in kidney stone disease and his urology residency at the University of Alabama. He is board-certified by the American Board of Urology and is a member of the American Urological Association.

To provide patients the ability to access their private online healthcare information 24/7, St. Luke's Urology Associates offers a secure, convenient patient portal, MyStLukesChart.org. The portal offers patients the ability to view lab results, medications, medical records, secure messaging and other helpful features. My St. Luke's Chart is designed to encourage patients to partner with St. Luke's Urology Associates to make sure every possible resource is available throughout the treatment process.

Fees and Insurance

We offer several options for payment of professional services. We accept check, cash, MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. We participate in several managed care plans, Medicare and Medicaid. For insurance plans in which we participate, we will file your claim. You will be responsible for only the co-pay, co-insurance and/or deductible at your visit. Fees for services rendered are due at the time of service, unless prior arrangements have been made. If necessary, we offer payment plans.

Appointment Information

Patients are seen by appointment only. To schedule an appointment, call 828-894-3230. Office hours are Monday - Thursday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., and Friday, 8:00 a.m. - noon. Please remember to bring insurance information and any appropriate referrals.
