Dr. Stephenson is currently an Associate Professor University of South Carolina - Greenville School of Medicine and formerly an Associate Professor at the University of Texas San Antonio School of Medicine and the Cancer Therapy Research Center and was the Director of the General Maxwell Thurman Drug Development Unit. He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Medical Oncology and Hematology. Dr. Stephenson is the Founder and Director of the Clinical Research Unit which offers Phase I and Phase II Clinical Trials in the Upstate of South Carolina.
